Umm, I wasn’t too impressed with how my package was handled. It looked like it had been tossed around a bit, and the box showed up bent. Support also took a while to respond and didn’t really explain much when they did. The price wasn’t terrible, but i probably wouldn’t use them again unless they improve the handling.

I don’t know what’s going on with this app lately, but it keeps lagging so bad. I’ll tap a button and nothing happens, then it randomly responds a few seconds later. Like, make it make sense. It’s really frustrating when I’m just trying to use the app normally.

I ordered from airliftcompany.com and the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking, like every day, and it just kind of sat there barely moving. The parts did finally show up, but by then I already needed them sooner, so that was frustrating. I don’t know if it was the carrier or what, but yeah, not a great experience for me.

I’ve been disappointed with this compressor. It seemed fine at first, but after a while it started cutting out randomly and just hasn’t been reliable. I’m a little picky about car parts, so maybe I expected more, but I don’t drive the car hard or abuse it at all. For what it cost, I really thought it would hold up better. I know shipping can be hard on packages, but this felt more like it was packed in a hurry than just a delivery issue. Kind of annoying when you pay for something and it shows up looking like that.

At first glance it looks fine, and I was like, okay, not bad. But then I actually started checking it out and some of the parts felt weirdly cheap, like they were one tiny bump away from falling apart. i’d only go with this kit if it actually matches your setup. it did help some, but not enough to make towing feel as solid as i was hoping.

once i got up to highway speeds, the back end still had a bit of wiggle with my trailer. it wasn’t scary, but it definitely didn’t feel as steady as i expected.

install was decent and nothing too crazy, but for the price i thought the improvement would be bigger. not a terrible product, just not great for towing in my case.

From my point of view, it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next, so I ended up guessing a lot. I also reached out to support, but their explanation didn’t really clear things up for me. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong kit, so I tried to return it a few days later. The site does say returns are allowed, so I figured it would be straightforward. It was fine, totally fine, except the instructions weren’t very clear and I ended up having to email twice just to get the right details.

I bought this mainly because I wanted better control over the height, but the adjustment range ended up being much more limited than I expected. For what I paid, I feel like it’s only fair to expect a basic level of comfort. I got off feeling tired and irritated instead of rested. I don’t think I’d book again if comfort is important.
